What Else Shows Up on Your Bill

Your monthly plan covers the system and support. Calls, texts, and phone number rental are billed separately based on actual usage — for most businesses, that's an extra $15–20/month. Plans that include AI voice or higher-volume texting may run a bit higher; we'll walk you through exactly what applies to your plan during onboarding.

Usage Rate Table — Dallesk
A realistic example: If you miss 50 calls a month, that's roughly 150 text messages (two outgoing, one incoming). At $0.0237 per message, that's $3.56 in SMS costs — plus $3.45 for your dedicated number. Total extra: about $7/month.

How much does Dallesk cost?

Pricing depends on your industry — every vertical has its own plans, built around how that business actually operates, rather than a one-size-fits-all price. See plans for your industry above, or book a free call and we'll walk you through exact pricing for your business.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Most industries offer more than one tier, and many clients start with the entry-level plan and upgrade as they see results. When you're ready, we'll handle the transition and any additional setup — no need to start from scratch.

Which plan is right for me?

That depends on your industry and how hands-off you want to be. Pick your industry above to see the specific plans built for it — most offer a simpler entry option and a more complete option that adds AI voice, reviews, and re-engagement. Not sure? Book a free call with Julian and he'll give you a straight answer.

Is there a contract?

No. You can cancel anytime. We don't believe in locking clients into long-term contracts — we earn continued business by delivering real results.

How long does set up take?

Simpler plans are typically live within a couple of business days after we receive your information and carrier approval goes through. Plans with more automation or AI voice can from 2-4 weeks depending on complexity — we'll give you an exact timeline during onboarding.

Do I need technical experience or training?

None whatsoever. We handle all technical implementation. You tell us about your business, fill out our onboarding form, and we take it from there. Most clients never touch the back end.

Do I need a new phone number?

Yes — but you keep your existing number. We provision a separate dedicated business number that works alongside your current one. Missed calls to your number are detected and the system responds through the dedicated line. Your current number stays exactly as it is.

What if I already use other software?

Dallesk can often replace multiple disconnected tools with one integrated system — which usually means fewer subscriptions, fewer logins, less complexity, and better visibility. We'll review what you're currently using during onboarding and let you know what can be consolidated.

Which industries do you work with?

We currently build plans specifically for auto detailing, auto mechanics, HVAC, and medspa businesses — with more industries added regularly. Each industry has its own plans, tailored to how that business actually runs. See plans for your industry above.

What exactly happens when I miss a call?

Within seconds, the system automatically sends a text message to the caller — something like "Hi, this is [Your Business]. Sorry we missed your call — how can we help?" If they reply, you get an instant notification so you can follow up while they're still engaged. If they don't reply, the system sends a polite follow-up the next day. You're notified at every step — all you have to do is call them back.

Will my customers know the messages are automated?

The messages come from your business name and are written to sound like a real person — not an automated system. Most customers simply assume someone on your team texted them back quickly. We work with you on the wording during setup so it sounds like you, not a bot. On Autopilot and Total Control, the AI introduces itself at the start of the conversation — which actually builds trust rather than hurting it.

What happens if a customer calls after hours?

The system runs 24/7 — it doesn't clock out. A missed call at 11pm gets the same automatic text-back as one at 2pm. On plans that include AI voice, the AI can engage the conversation and even book an appointment while you sleep. You'll have a notification waiting when you wake up.

Will this work for my type of business?

If your business relies on phone calls, leads, appointments, or repeat customers — there's a good chance it will. We currently build plans for auto detailing, auto mechanics, HVAC, and medspa businesses, with more industries added regularly. The best way to find out is to book a free 15-minute call — Julian will give you a straight answer.

What does the set-up fee cover?

The setup fee covers our time to build and configure the entire system for your specific business — provisioning your phone number, writing your custom messages, setting up call forwarding, testing everything end-to-end, and making sure it's working before we hand it to you. On plans that include AI voice, that also covers programming and training the AI to handle conversations the way your business would. It's real work, and we do all of it.

Are there any additional usage costs

Yes — and we're upfront about it. On top of your monthly plan, you're billed for your dedicated phone number ($3.45/mo for a local number) and actual usage like text messages ($0.0237 per message), phone calls, and AI responses where applicable. For most businesses, this adds $15–20/month. See the full usage rate table above for a complete breakdown.

How does billing work?

The setup fee is charged when you sign up. Your monthly subscription starts only when your system is ready to go live — we don't charge you while we're still building it. After that, it renews automatically each month. Usage fees are billed separately based on what actually happened that month — no estimates or minimums.

What is a text segment?

One SMS segment = up to 160 characters. A typical short text-back is one segment. If a message is longer than 160 characters, it gets split into multiple segments and billed accordingly. Our default messages are written to stay within one segment — we'll let you know if any customizations push it over.

What if something isn't working?

Call or text us directly — you're not going into a ticket queue. You get a dedicated team that knows your account, and we respond fast. Ongoing support is included in every plan.

What happens if I cancel?

Your system stays active through the end of your current billing period, then everything stops — no further charges. The dedicated phone number is released. We'll make sure you have access to any contact data or history you need before your account closes.

Can I see it before I buy?

Yes. Book a free 15-minute call with Julian and he'll walk you through exactly what the system looks like for a business like yours — not a generic demo. Missed Call Rescue is straightforward enough that you can buy it directly with confidence. For plans that include more advanced automation or AI voice, the call is required so we can configure it correctly.
